spamalika.tumblr.com/post/7509…Wow, this picture... took me a while! xD Last year, at the beginning of September, I came across the Ladybug PV and completely fell in love with it - thus, I totally had to draw something! For reasons I don't exactly remember myself I stopped working on it when Chat Noir was done, but lately I saw this unfinished file and I couldn't let that picture be just as it was - unfinished! Actually, I think it is better that I finished it now. I learned quite a bit when it comes to digital art during the... past FIVE months? Jeez! (Beginning of September and now we have almost February... so it's closer to 5 months than it is to 4!) for example the background looks much better than before as I had to fix quite a few irritating issues I couldn't handle back then! Chat Noir's colors were also adjusted, the old version is over here:
No major changes, but a thing here and there~
I don't know what my motivation for lineless art was back then, but I really liked working on it. I think it is a good practice to get a grasp at how light and shadows work because the picture doesn't look good if you aren't able to dinstingush between the parts o: So it was pretty cool to get into when drawing!
I almost forgot Ladybug's mask >__< That would've been embarrassing, oops! Fortunately I noticed the moment I almost submitted this, and now it's fixed!
What do you think? Should I make lineless art like that more often? ouo

Aaah, I'm really glad you fixed up the shadows underneath Chat's feet~<3 This is looking pretty awesome~! ;DD You did a great job with the outfits, especially Chat Noir's~<3 I dunno if it was intentional, but the texture you gave his outfit, with the brush, just looks really nice to me~<3 oo:The lineless style that you used here looks like it was pretty tough to work with - aaand I can spot a few lighting inconsistencies, along the outlines of the characters, especially, that don't make the characters really feel like a "part" of their environment... But, that is something I would have no idea how to fix, because I don't know the first thing about working with lineless art the way you did here. XDD Besides, it looks pretty awesome, regardless, so I'm not complaining. ;DD
I really love the coloring of the hair and I love the distant-city-esque background - which looks beautiful to me~<3 ;o; Although, I imagine it would look awesome, if it were more clearly defined, but imagine how much longer this picture would have taken, if you'd drawn an entire city back there!!!
All in all, really nicely done, Ama~! oo: I'm glad you finally finished this picture~<3
... Though, you've now had it finished for a while.
