Ulrike Hoshiko :: Birthday Gift

Sorry that I submit this so late, but I was gone all day long! o: Anyway, now I can finally do it xD

Happy birthday to you =Raika-chan! I wondered about who to draw, but I liked Ulrike's winter outfit so much that I had to draw her. It wasn't hard to make her look adorable
The background was inspired by the pattern on her shoes! Ahh sorry for the mistake in the background if you notice, but trying to correct it would have only made it worse. Hopefully, you don't see it <__<"
Coloring this was a bit challenging - your characters always have colors that are a bit hard to draw traditionally, I usually have to mix something somehow! xD But unlike most mixing attempts, I think this time it turned out fine.

Edit:: Cleaned the background up a bit. I don't think it's noticeable enough to notify my watchers though.
